Part 1:
Knowing the Simpsons it would be an accurate assumption to think they would blow something like prohibition way out of proportion. This, however, was not the case in their episode of prohibition in Springfield. The producers of the Simpsons actually included many historically accurate facts such as mafia paying off cops and speakeasies, as well as their fair share of comedic relief like beer exploding. Some elements of life in the 1920's were portrayed well such as people smuggling beer and cops disobeying the law of prohibition. OF course i liked this episode, it's the Simpsons, who wouldn't!
Part 2:
Instead of the FBI agent beating up random people on the street and overlooking Homer because of it, perhaps:
As the FBI agent beats up people on the street in order to find a clue about the Beer Baron, he actually notices Homer, but something catches his eye. He runs by Homer screaming "STOP YOU FLAPPERS!!" It turns out to be a couple of ducks NOT wearing long pants and he arrests them.
